Montana Winter Maternity Shoot

I love going full circle with clients. It all started with Courtney and Jake’s wedding inquiry, which led to their bitter cold 6 degree engagement shoot that was about this time two years ago in downtown Helena. Fast forward to their beautiful fall cathedral wedding last October which was one of my FAVORITE weddings to date! And then last weekend they blew me away again with a glowing maternity sunrise shoot by Lake Helena (which was at 19 degrees…a smidgen better than 6).

Funny story…I was doing a little retail therapy last week week, and I was shopping the cosmetics aisle in Target when I heard a couple giggling and teasing each other–obviously having a grand ol’ time with their Target shopping experience. I got curious and casually strolled down toward the giggling, and guess who was the guilty couple were? YUP. Courtney and Jeff. I gave them a hard time and rolled away with a huge smile on my face knowing that I would see them again a few short days later at sunrise in the North Valley for their maternity shoot.

I cannot WAIT to meet this precious little girl! She will be here before you know it and then the circle will continue when I get the honor of capturing their new little one in their arms snuggled up in their home. Congratulations again, Courtney and Jeff. You two are going to be fantastic parents!!
