Montana Winter Engagement Shoot

Engagements

November 1, 2019

I had never met Kevin until the day of their engagement shoot. Abby was all smiles as she described him during her wedding consultation, and I was anxious to meet him for the first time. Everything she was telling me about him made me smile and my heart was full listening to her admiration of him.

Ideally, I like to meet with both of my brides and grooms at their wedding consultation at Starbucks. I like to listen to their “how we met” story and my favorite part is hearing how he proposed. Give me all the deets! I love to watch the two together interact and reminisce on their love story. It’s so rejuvenating and it allows me to learn about them on a deeper level.

When I first met Abby, I instantly knew how much she loved Kevin. Even without him there with us at the table, Abby was so excited to talk about her fiancé, and I was eager to listen. He seemed too good to be true.

Nope! The day of the engagement shoot was literally 22 degrees. We had rescheduled multiple times, they drove over an hour to get to Helena, and it was an early morning shoot. Did he complain or have a bad attitude?

Nope. Not in the slightest. He was all smiles.

Everyone dreams of a relationship like Abby and Kevin’s. They are so blessed to have this genuine love together, and I am SO darn excited to be there with them next September when they celebrate the life they will share forever.

Congrats, Abby and Kevin! Can’t wait to witness your amazing union!
