Continental Divide Sunset Shoot

I met this sweet family the day they walked their oldest daughter into my kindergarten classroom. That was years ago, and I have been dreaming of this continental divide sunset shoot ever since. In fact, this shoot outdid what I had envisioned for it! The weather was perfect and Adonis and Maie spoiled me rotten with outstanding outfits and adorable girls!

This family is so incredibly sweet. They always greet you with larger-than-life smiles and big hugs. Even after years have gone by since I was their daughter’s teacher, they still embrace me as such a close friend. One of my favorite memories with these guys was a very hectic morning at the airport, where I was flying with my kids alone and somehow through the chaos of traveling, I misplaced my wallet. I mentioned it to Adonis, and he saved the day by finding it wrapped up in the folds of my stroller and ran it to me on the plane. He was my hero!
