Cameo and Bryant’s wedding day was filled with all the things I love most about weddings: genuine emotion, contagious laughter, happy tears, sweet moments, and the kind of love that surrounds you when you’re celebrating with the people who mean the most. From beginning to end, these two shared so many smiles, laughs, and little snuggles that it was impossible not to smile right along with them.
And what an incredible group of family and friends they had surrounding them! There is something so special about being invited into a wedding day and getting to witness not only the love between a couple, but also the love shared between the people who have helped shape their lives. Cameo and Bryant’s day was overflowing with it.
One of my favorite parts of the entire day was simply watching these two interact. Their connection was so natural and sweet. Whether they were laughing together, sneaking in a little snuggle, or getting emotional during the meaningful moments, you could see just how much they genuinely enjoy being together. Those are the moments I love capturing most—the ones that don’t have to be posed or planned because they simply happen.
And then came the reception… and the hilarious “go-find” game led by the DJ!
He warned me beforehand that things might get “a little western.” Friends, he was NOT joking! 😂 It was one of those moments that had everyone laughing, moving, and completely caught up in the fun of the night. Watching Cameo, Bryant, their family, and friends let loose and enjoy themselves was absolutely priceless.
As the night came to a close, Cameo and Bryant shared a sweet send-off surrounded by bubbles on the dance floor. It was the perfect ending to their celebration—and the perfect way for me to close out my summer of weddings.
After 22 years of photographing weddings, I can honestly say I feel incredibly blessed. I’ve had the privilege of meeting some of the neatest, most amazing couples and families over the years. I’ve been welcomed into some of the most important days of their lives, and I never take that for granted. Every wedding is different, every couple has their own story, and every season brings new people to be thankful for.
Cameo and Bryant, your wedding was no different. Thank you so much for allowing me to tag along on one of the best days of your life. Thank you for trusting me to capture the smiles, the laughter, the tears, the crazy moments, and all the little pieces of your day that made it yours.
