Hannah reached out to me about doing an in home newborn session for early November. She and her husband, Julian, welcomed their new nine-day-old daughter, Millicent, into the world and wanted to capture the fleeting first few weeks of her life.
We were blessed enough with a warm fifty degree day, shortly after the thaw of an enormous snow storm that hit Helena, Montana at the end of October. I love in home newborn sessions, because no matter how yucky it is outside…it’s always nice and warm inside with those brand new baby snuggles.
Miss Milli was an ANGEL for me. An absolute perfect baby for her lifestyle newborn session. We started the shoot with a nice warm and full bottle to sooth us to sleep, and once it hit her belly she was OUT. I could have taken her photos all day long…I mean…look at that adorable black hair!!
Congratulations, Hannah and Julian. She is absolute perfection!! You two are so blessed!
PS… A lot of the furniture in their beautiful home was hand made by Julian and Hannah MADE Millicent’s sweater! Pure perfection!
