Rustic Montana Wedding

Wedding

August 20, 2018

The morning of the wedding, we all woke up to what we were hoping to be a dream…overcast skies, 60 degrees with rain in the forecast. Not what you would hope for a wedding day in August.

Just days earlier, I encouraged Dani to not look at the weather forecast—there was nothing she could do about it and in my “expert” experience, the forecast is usually wrong. Not this time.

But the good news is, this bride was unphased. She did not let it ruin her day…I instantly LOVED her for this! What a strong woman to take things like weather in stride…And you know what?! God blessed her with the most beautiful break in the rain which never returned—just in time for outdoor portraits! God is so good!

Jon and Dani were surrounded by the sweetest guests that were full of laughter and excitement  at Willow Creek Cabins. I got to meet and get to know so many of them and I was moved with all of their kindness and genuine love for the new husband and wife. I left making new friends and my heart was overflowing with happiness for this special couple.

Congratulations to this husband and wife!
